Report on Meeting 24th July 2025
We had an interesting evening looking at peoples work, and also hearing some tips and ideas. One member proudly showed us the way his work had progressed since he started turning a few months ago.

This meeting had a series of demonstrations of box making, by Graeme Gunn, David Hobson, Alan Smith, David Ross, Nick Simpson and Chris Lycett.

Tonight’s theme will be “Boxes”. In actual fact ” Everything you want to know about boxes, but are afraid to ask.” Maybe not absolutely everything, but a variety of box related skills, such as styles, decorating, screw on lids and other stuff. The evening is organised by Nick.
